The school keeps a constant watch on the progress and growth of all students. Thus, the school has evolved a scheme of examination and promotion rules which are consistent with the concept of evaluation developed by National Council of Educational Research and Training and the promotion policy of the Directorate of Education. In addition to Terminal and Annual examinations students are weekly examined through Unit Tests and it is a regular feature. Whereas, for Board classes of X/XII syllabuses are completed by the end of November and thereafter students are given subject wise weekly revision tests, so that they are well prepared for their Pre-Board papers to be conducted in the month of December and January and their final Board papers. The program of evaluation in various curricular areas is based on :–

(a) Objective based for all subjects.

(b) Comprehensive, providing for a coverage of all the objectives.

(c) Continuous, ensuring that there is no loss of time in getting the feed back about the progress of students.

(d) Dynamic, being completely integrated with teaching.

(e) Parents are required to go through the Unit Test dates mentioned in the school Almanac and encourage their wards to prepare accordingly.
